Verso-Lok

Our latest innovation is the Verso-LOK, a hose connection with a unique lock nut that prevents the swivel nut from coming loose and leaking due to high impulses and vibrations.

In critical applications, such as deep-subsea BOPs, leaky hose connections could require the stack to be lifted to the surface for repairs, possibly costing millions of dollars in downtime and costly repairs.

Verso-LOK swivel locking hose connections eliminate this problem with a design that restricts the loosening of either nut by physics of opposite force and thread jamming. Verso-LOK hose connections can be designed to work on just about any hose on the market.

They are perfect for aviation, pile-driving equipment, heavy-duty machinery, shaker systems and any other application where hydraulic shock and vibrations could cause pressure lines to shake vigorously and could possibly loosen the swivel fittings, causing sluggish hydraulic functions and leaks into the environment.
